Enable USB Debugging Mode on S6 Edge+. Go to [Settings > Developer options]. [Guide]
Download latest Odin version on your PC. [Download Link].
Download Android 6.0.1 firmware specific for you device model, check it from Settings. > ‘about device’.
Download Android 6.0.1 for Galaxy S6 Edge+ G928K. [SamMobile-Link].

Steps to Update Galaxy S6 Edge+ G928K, L and S to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

Download and extract Odin flash-tool from the link above on your PC.
Also, extract the downloaded firmware of S6 Edge+.
Run Odin tool via double click on the Odin3.exe file from the extracted contents of Odin.
Now turn off S6 Edge+ and then boot into ‘Download Mode’ via press and keep press then Vol-Down +HOME+ Power at the same time. Release on vibrates, then press Vol- UP on warning screen.
Connect S6 Edge+ via USB cable with PC. On Odin screen, you will notice that ID:COM turns blue and added text displays. [Reinstall USB driver or change USB cable port if not detected]
Then Click ‘AP’ button on Odin screen and then browse and load .tar.md5 file from the extracted firmware folder.
Check and confirm that ‘Re-partition’ box is not checked. Leave other options as by default.
Then click ‘Start’ button and wait for flashing process completion.
Now ‘PASS’ text appears on display and S6 Edge+ reboots automatically.
