How to Root Micro Max Canvas 1 and Install TWRP

Here I am going to share How to Root Micro max Canvas 1- install TWRP. I have already told you about the Guide to Update Micromax Canvas A1 to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Micromax Canvas 1  is a smartphone. It comes with a dual-core and has an Android version 7.1 Rom and an XOS UI.

Rooting is beneficial because it will unlock you to the world of Android phone. You can become the master of your phone etc. It can be dangerous so, I will not be held responsible for any damage like brick phone, dead boot phone, getting fired from your job due to failed alarm and other miscellaneous that you may face. Rooting phone because you want to be flashing new ROM on your smartphone. It might be that you want to be unlocking games and other things.

Short ways to root Micromax Canvas 1:

There are 2 short ways to root Micromax canvas 1.

• Method 1:

1. Install KingoRoot as Normal apk. Then open it.
2. Press Green button and next press Blue button.
3. The last step is to Reboot the device.

• Method 2:

1. Install Framaroot as Normal apk. Then open it.
2. Press Install SuperSu button.
3. Then, you’ll receive a message successfully rooted.
4. The last step is to Reboot the device.

Steps to Install TWRP on Micromax Canvas 1:-

Requirements:-

 

• Micromax Canvas 1.
• Phone Should be Charged.
• Download King Root APK.
• Download Purify APK.
• Enable USB Debugging.
• Ensure stable 4G or 3G internet Connection.( It can be H+ or WCDMA or Others).

Steps to Root Micromax Canvas 1 Smartphone:-

1. You will start by downloading all the files that I mentioned above.
2. Then browse through the files downloaded, and then Right-click on the zipped file MT6xxx_USB_VCOM_drivers. zip and extract the same. Then navigate to the extracted folder and then click on the file Install Driver.exe. This will install the Preloader VCOM on your system.
3. Let’s assume that you have downloaded SP Flash-tool (Win). Then simply click and extract the archive. Then, browse and run the file flash_tool.exe
4. Find the Scatter File from the downloaded TWRP zip file, which you have downloaded. Rename the TWRP (.img) file to recovery.img. Then, turn on the flash tool interface, navigate and select the scatter file in the extracted folder of the Stock ROM (Download Stock ROM for your  Micromax Canvas 1 smartphone).
5. At this stage, just leave the recovery as checked. Then, click the storage location field of the recovery. Then browse for the custom recovery image file and Download it.
6. Now, hook up/ connect your Micromax Canvas 1 to the computer via USB slot. It will begin the flashing process automatically and take a few seconds for completion. At this point of the custom recovery on your device has been flashed.
7. Now, you may disconnect the device. Now, you need to turn on/ boot your device into TWRP recovery. For doing the same, boot the device while pressing and holding the volume up button. The key combinations may vary your device model. You can confirm the right key combination for your Micromax Canvas 1. The Volume Up button also starts the bootloader mode on specific devices.
