Steps to Install Stock Firmware Galaxy Note 7
- Download Odin tool and your device specific firmware from the links and extract at the desktop of the PC.
- Then Run Odin tool from the unzipped folder at the PC.
- Turn off Note 7 and then boot while press and hold VOLDOWN+HOME+POWER at the same time to enter into downloading mode.
- Now connect Note 7 with PC and check the Odin screen ID:COM port, if it turned blue with added text appears then the connection between the two is successful.
- Then click “AP” button and locate/ select .tar.md5 file at the firmware folder.
- Also, check and confirm that the “Auto Reboot” and “ Reset Time” options are ticked only at the Odin screen.
- Finally, click “START” button and wait for about 10 minutes to complete the process. You will find PASS text and the device reboot
