Download the OxygenOS 3.5.3 ROM for OnePlus 3T and then move to device internal storage.
Then boot OnePlus 3T into recovery mode, and select Install from ADB Sideload.
Then plug the device into PC, and go to ADB folder at C:\ drive of the PC.
Run cmd window in the ADB folder, press and hold shift key+ Right click then choose “Open command window here”.
