Step-1: Connect Galaxy Note 2 to your computer using a USB data cable
Step-2: Now transfer both ROM.zip and Gapps.zip files on your device internal storage root folder. [Don’t unzip/ don’t place into subfolder]
Step-3: Now unplug the USB cable from your device and power off your Galaxy Note 2 completely.
Step-4: Now boot your device into recovery mode by [press and hold Volume Down + Home + Power buttons] together.
Step-5: Next Perform Nandroid backup of your existing ROM i.e. On CWM recovery Backup > backup and restore.
