Pre-requisites:
- Backup your important data/ contents on your device properly
- Your device battery’s charging status should be at least 70%

Guide to Install Android 6.0 on Sony Xperia Z Ultra Marshmallow AOSP ROM
- From the download section download all the image files and transfer them to your PC.
- Confirm that ADB and fastboot setup has been done on your PC. Accept “Always allow this computer”when you plug in the device for the first time.
- Power off your device and disconnect it from USB cable.
- Now boot your device into the fastboot mode. [Press and hold volume up and plug in your device to the PC] via USB cable. Thebootloader screen will be appeared on your device. If Fastboot option is available here select it.
- Now browse the where the image files are placed. [Hold shift key and right-click on an empty space] and select “Open command window here”option to launch a command window. While the folder of img file is opened,
- Now enter the following commands in the command prompt It check your device connectivity.
- “fastboot devices” to Check your device connectivity. Then enter the following commands one by one to install the ROM.
- fastboot flash boot boot.img
- fastboot flash cache cache.img
- fastboot flash system system.img
- fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
- fastboot reboot
- Wait until the process completes and your device will reboot automatically or reboot manually.
- Wait until your Xperia Z Ultra boots up and when you see the boot logo,
- That’s it, Now perform the factory reset on TWRP recovery.
- Now boot into TWRP and flash the Google Apps.
