1) Battery draining:
It’s reported that the users in this newest android version are facing the issue of battery draining during Data, WIFI and in general condition. The issue is not of so serious type but the users want to charge the battery maximum once a day. But in case of this android marshmallow it’s seems a bit difficult. And the battery is draining very quickly.
If your battery draining quickly while you’re using WIFI or normally then it is suggested:
- Go to Settings > Backup and reset > Network settings reset> clear all settings network settings > and then reconfigure all settings.
- Disabling Wi-Fi scanning in Settings> Location> Scanning.
- Also go and try Settings> Location> Mode > Battery saving.
- Clear app caches individually from Settings> Apps> select app> Storage> Clear cache.
- Clear app caches simultaneously, go to Settings> Storage and USB> Cached data> OK.
- Full factory reset is the last options. Go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
2) Wi-Fi Connectivity Issue:
If your WIFI connection is not stable or not responding try below options.
- Turn Airplane on/ off.
- Restart your device.
- Forgot Wi-Fi connection and reconnect.
- Finally, you can try to go Settings > Backup and reset > Network settings reset.
3) Charging Problem:
If your phone is not charging and behaves abnormally do the following.
- Apply Doze mode and app standby.
- Hard reset your device.
- Use original charger or data cable for USB port charging.
4) Mobile Data Problem:
If after updating to marshmallow your phone data connection is not stable don the following.
- Check your data connection settings; apply the right settings of network providers.
- Turn off/on Airplane mode. Toggle airplane from quick menu.
- Turn your device off/on. [Keep off for a few minutes, than restart].
- Turn off the phone, remove SIM card and then reinsert and restart the phone.
5) Installations Issues:
If your device hangs during installation, first you have to wait for the first boot up. If your’s device still hangs and hangs. Then try wiping system cache from recovery mode and then restart the installation. If the issue still exist, then try reinstall firmware. (Note: backup your data before starting new session)
6) Stability problems:
If you are using Android marshmallow unstable version and your device is not stable and behaves abnormal, then try these tips.
- Turn off your device and then reboot.
- Boot your device in safe mode to check whether the issues is in the firmware or in the apps you installed in your device. To do so [hold down the Power button and then long-pressing Power off]. In safe mode your all app goes disable and just the firmware is running, if you find that the device is still unstable then it’s the problem of firmware. Then you can try to clear system cache through recovery mode. Or you can try to install the firmware again.
