Prerequisites

1- Your device should be with unlocked bootloader

2- Backup your important data on your device first

3- Install USB Driver of your device on your PC [click here]

4- Your device battery must be charged at least 70%

5- Download and setup ADB/Fastboot Drivers

6- Enable the USB debugging on your device [Setting > Developer Options> USB Debugging]

  • if Debugging is not visible then > setting > about phone> 7 times tap on Build Numer> USB Debugging will be displayed now.

Guide to Install Android 5.1 Lollipop on Nexus 10 -Tablet

 

Step-1: First Unzip downloaded “Android 5.1 Lollipop LMY47D”  file on your computer.

Step-2: Copy these files on your ADB Fastboot folder (C:\ADB\)

Step-3: Connect your Nexus 10 to your PC with USB cable.

Step-4  Navigate to ADB folder on C:\ADB of your PC and open the command prompt window here.

  • Hold Shift Key + Right Click on any black space of that folder and click on “Open Command Window here”.

Step-5 Enter the “fastboot devices”command on Command prompt windows and press enter

This will show  a list of devices connected with your computer. If your phones shown then continue. If NOT listed re-install USB driver

Step-6 Now run the “adb reboot bootloader” command to boot your device in Fastboot mode.

Step-7 Now device reboots in Fastboot mode. > Go to ADB folder and run the “flash-all” file on ADB folder to start flashing ROM. Process on screen will displays, don’t unplug your device during this process.

Step-8 After installation finished your device will reboot. Now you can unplug your device.

 

 

 

Done!  Your Nexus 10 tablet now running the Android 5.1 Lollipop.
